On Tuesday Brooklyn has an introductory workshop on CRISPR/ CAS9, a prerequisite to a full hands-on lab course coming soon. On Wednesday, Chicago has a social featuring Dr Heather Wheeler, discussing genomic prediction of complex traits, and Montreal has their March meeting, featuring various talks on bioinformatics. On Thursday, Cambridge meets to discuss their the building of a new makespace. On Friday, Austin has a booth at SXSW Create, and Baltimore has a lightning talk competition with the audience as judges. On Saturday, Austin has CRISPR/CAS9 and Collaborative Biohacking presentations, Cambridge invites you to help demonstrate open hardware at the Cambridge Science Festival, Charlottesville has a kids workshop on marine microbes, and Seattle has a full day workshop on Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials worth some college credits.
